Pleasure saved my life

Pleasure has saved my life more than once. In my darkest times, it was pleasure that brought me to wholeness. It was connecting more deeply with my body that built me up again after feeling so torn down in these times of darkness. Tapping into feeling joy in my body has been my lifeline. It kept me sane during the pandemic, helped with every major transition in my life, and it’s what keeps me going every dang day.

You may have heard me say the phrase that I am unhurried and unworried. To be that version of myself was a desire, a seed planted many years ago. How did I get to be an unhurried and unworried person? It wasn’t easy and it didn’t happen overnight. I have been in pleasure research, adding practices and tools to my Pleasure treasure box. Tools that help me regulate my nervous system, practices that make me feel grounded and good in my body, and so many many things to stay in my pleasure.

Pleasure Playground isn’t just about dancing around and having better orgasms. I mean, yes AND I am going to show you different ways that you can connect more deeply to your own body to open up pathways to expand your pleasure; to bring you into the possibility space of what more do you want? I’m not gonna promise you anything but a good time. Where you take the journey is up to you. 

Imagine with me for one moment what it would be like to feel deeply joyful in your body. What would it be like to feel the tingling excitement of orgasmic energy running through your body all the time? What would it be like to feel safe and rooted in your desires? To have clarity in your voice and in your choices. To ask for what you want and to receive it like the divine being that you are. What would it feel like to be orgasmic? To feel dazzling and joyful?
