Reflections on day 47/90 days of Pleasure

Life has been pretty full lately and I haven’t had much time to reflect on my daily pleasure practices. There’s been a lot of momentum and movement so my practices have been active - dancing, shaking, making silly noises, and hip circles. 

Hip circles are such a great way to get your energy going and release blocks. I’ve been having fun experimenting with different movements to see how it affects my energy and mood. Today I played with spelling out the alphabet with my hips, it felt really good and made me laugh.
