Conscious breath practices from Urban Tantra by Barbara Carrellas
I had a rare few days with nowhere to be and no obligations on my calendar; a blissful spaciousness to sink into my pleasure practices and do a little studying for my upcoming Urban Tantra training in September.
Each day and practice was a different experience and energy.
Sunday’s Heart breath practice eased the heaviness in my body.
Monday’s practice of Breath of Fire helped to wake up my body and generate energy.
Tuesday’s Circular breath practice sent me deep into an orgasmic self pleasure practice.
Wednesday (today) I practiced the Bottom breath and felt the gentle grounding of connecting breath to the anus.
These practices allowed me to recognize the natural rhythms that I have been exploring through my own practices and connect more deeply through how breath can be focused to build or move energy in the body.
